We were approached by EDF Energy to solve a problem –
how to engage employees and stakeholders in sustainability.
Sustainability is at the forefront of EDF’s primary concerns and they wanted to use their annual sustainability reports as a springboard for engagement.
Elevating sustainability to the forefront of a leading energy company, changing employee behaviours and consumer awareness, resulting in brand content and positive promotion.
Initially briefed to create a sustainability report, 375 saw the opportunity to embed a larger, company-wide campaign that would unify the workforce behind a common objective whilst promoting responsible company practice.
We created beautifully designed, on-brand and captivating sustainability reports that acted as a springboard to delivering a larger idea that would span the company; engaging staff, stakeholders and even consumers. The idea centered around turning intentions into actions and making positive changes a central part of the EDF culture. We did this by empowering everybody to make a difference and see how they can, through small acts, add to an overall positive change. This positive change was then illustrated through our sustainability reports, videos and communication through the EDF website.
