Pam supports clients on brand definition, development, implementation and management; looking to maximise brand reputation and deliver competitive advantage by developing/aligning organisational purpose with sustainability and engagement strategies.

She has extensive experience running large-scale brand and marketing initiatives for clients including Bristol European Green Capital, Viridor, EDF Energy, PHS Group, Sainsbury’s, Diageo, Sky, Visa International, BT, Berkeley Group, Octagon Sports Marketing and Barclays.

Paul Thomas

Creative Director


Paul is a multi-award winning Creative Director at 375 and drives forward creative direction of our accounts. He has over thirty years’ experience working in both the UK and Internationally with brands such as General Motors, Saab, Vauxhall, Zurich Financial Services, Selfridges, Capitaland and Hong Kong International Airport to name but a few.

At 375 Paul is passionate about the brand value in creating ideas with real meaning for audiences and has worked with The Met Office, EDF Energy, WWT, Eden Project, Bristol Zoo, Viridor, JCB and Bristol European Green Capital more recently.

Christopher Taylor

Operations Director


Christopher has over 25 years’ experience in print, print buying, reprographics, studio management, trafficking, digital production, social and operations – he also has a sideline in radio presentation and production.

He has helped agencies to grow, putting in processes to ensure agile and effective working systems are followed.

He has worked with major clients including Virgin Holidays, British Airways, Microsoft, Google, Vodafone and Samsung.
